I know Dunkin, and this is a great location! I live in Massachusetts but come down here once or twice a month for work. I’ll usually order a coffee or two through the app early in the morning, then come back later for larger orders when I’m hosting meetings. The orders are always ready on time and correct, even when I’m ordering for a group. The team at the Green Pond Rd. location knows what they’re doing! Extremely poor customer service. Our family was ordering breakfast, and instead of being helpful, the employee named Jignesh was rude and dismissive. He hurried us through our order and made us feel unwelcome. I hope management investigates and takes appropriate action.

Our family visited this location today, and the service was terrible. The employee named Jignesh seemed annoyed that we had a large order. Instead of helping, he rushed us and treated us with attitude. Management should seriously improve customer service at this location.

I’ve never had such poor service at a Dunkin. We were respectful throughout the entire order, but the employee named Jignesh was rude from beginning to end. He kept rushing us and even told us to move in a disrespectful tone. I won’t be coming back to this location.
