Just encountered the rudest man at the drive thru - so disrespectful of paying customers with literally no one else in line. This isn't the first time that he has been that way either. Will never be coming back solely because of him, would suggest that Dunkin look into that.

I came in to buy an ice cream cake for my brother’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start.
