The One thing I will say about this Dunkin's now, is that for the last few months, every single coffee I have bought from here has been perfect and there hasn't been any missing inventory on the app so I'm not having to ask for refund. They have obviously took their customer suggestions seriously and they're honestly 10 times now so BRAVO! Also, the employees seem pretty happy now and I have consistently received great Customer Service lately. I will still continue to come back daily!
This is one of the worst dunks around if you don’t include the one in Ashburnham which is also awful and run by the same people 🙄 Ordered two items through the app. When I get to the drive thru to pick it up I was informed they don’t carry that item anymore. Why not take it off the menu then ? She wouldn’t give me a refund and had a shitty attitude about it.
