The service is horrible they answer you with a attitude, as if they are miserable within I place my order show up to the window for them to tell me they don’t have the ingredients for the Capp.blast! Mind you everytime I go they don’t have the ingredient so why take my order and wait till I get to the window to then say we can’t make it.
Worst customer service ever. They seemed miserable and treated me and my family awfully. Won’t come back here
The drive-thru personnel did not seem very knowledgeable about their products I don't know if they are minimum wage pays and they just don't care or what but very bad service
People here are so friendly so sweet. I come and get my refresher everyday and Alyssa is always so sweet to me and makes sure my refresher is made perfect just the way I like it! I love herrrrrrrrrr
Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Dunkin. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I felt completely unwelcome as a customer. After this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and my family and friends will be avoiding Dunkin as well. Very disappointing. Management seriously needs to improve the way their staff treat customers.
