This place is the slowest ever and the most rude. Black Friday you think they’d be prepared: walked in and a group of 6 kids held them up 45 minutes!! It wasn’t like there was 20 customers
Waiting for 16 minutes in drive through a male short dark brown hair not sure if it was a girl or boy argued with me that a small frozen coffee with a shot of expreso was almost and then remade a medium when I asked for a manager twice they said no manager is there on Mondays o asked for names of a mix girl petite slammed the window and said we don’t give out names awful service the drink looked like a ice coffee no Carmel and like make with just milk. Don't expect great service. Food quality and order accuracy is inconsistent. The employees are socializing internally so frequently they don't even notice or greet you when you arrive at the counter or drive thru. Team does not greet you, say thank you and barely smiles
They took to long with my food just now and ended up late to work. Food ended up cold they told me to wait in the front went inside all the workers was chatting in a huddle very very frustrating. Plus my food was cold and nasty ended up throwing it in the garbage. Very very disappointing.
