I have been coming to the Dunkin for over 2 years purely for the convenience that my daughter and I can ride our bikes to it! Unfortunately, I have never had a great experience here. Today marked the last time we will visit. The location is under construction so the lobby is closed for customers no signs were hung to notify customers and the door was open. We walked in and we immediately yelled and reprimanded for entering. Like I said the door was open. They must do better! We will not return and just to let other customers... read more
My biggest pet peeve is ordering just a couple of pink frosting donuts for my daughter and having them carelessly dropped in a bag frosting side down so it breaks my daughters heart when she goes to take them out of the bag and all the frosting is still on the side of the bag. For the love of common sense, put frosted donuts in a box, frosted side up! Go to any other DD, and save yourself and your kids the headache and heartbreak!
