I’ll never understand how in order could be inches from your face on a giant screen yet you still screwed up…. Either that or this company tries to steal from you….. Every time you try, do an add-on with your drink it’s never there…. And then they wonder why People have such an issue with them making more money per hour…. You can’t even do a simple task that’s why

This Dunkin is by far the worst,I paid $9.62 for 4Blueberry muffins,they were brought to me in a paper bag,the bag was too small to close so I ask if he would put them in a box and also ask if he was sure those were blueberry,he said they were,it took a few minutes to return at which time I asked again if all 4 were blueberry,he again said they were.When I got home and checked,all 4 were chocolate chip,I’m not allergic to chocolate but I have reflux and the chocolate causes me some sensitivity issues. Since this location opened I’ve just never had a good experience. I always drive further down to the second location in Wesley chapel because I rarely have issue and the coffee & food always taste so much better. Decided to give this location another try today after months. Waited in the drive through where they told me to wait one minute. After sitting at the EMPTY drive through for about 10 minutes with no response or update on how much longer they needed me to wait I just left.
