Would give 0 starts if i could. I pulled into the drive through at 851 and the worker said they were closed. People were in front of me at the drive thru and inside. I go inside and they lock the door on me. Terrible customer service
If I can give it a zero I will. I have given this place so many chances, cause it is close to home. They keep getting my order wrong, I came into the store to find the employees throwing the towel that they clean with around and it even fell on the floor. They got my order wrong again, when I called and asked for the manager they kept me on the phone and I can hear them calling me a Karen and making fun of me. This used to be my favorite Dunkin... But consistently for the past month or so, my orders have been done incorrectly. Whether it's giving me regular sausage instead of turkey, giving me color burnt wraps, or completely forgetting to put flavor in my latte.... I've let it go, knowing sometimes things just happen... But today, I ordered my usual Carmel latte... And it had the weirdest, most unpleasant taste. Idk if I'll be returning after this.
Bummer, got here at 8:50pm hoping to find a crave for my wife, but I guess 8:50pm is the same as 9pm, because it was closed shut like it had been closed a while before. Oh well. Maybe the closing time isn't 9pm after all.
