I’m a regularish customer here. Food is good and drinks are too. I like some of the staff here, they are friendly and nice. Except one employee, who is somehow a manager, named Sarah. I did my digging around I believe these “good” reviews about her are her friends. Sarah is nothing but rude and nasty. I come in a few times a week and everytime I come in she’s rude to customers or talks about them behind their back. She gossips about how they look or what they order (real professional smh.) Coffee is whatever, it is Dunkin. But I can echo the rudeness of one particular employee there. Ordered online to go in and have the coffees pushed towards me without a word. I said have a good day and absolutely stone face response. I hope the manager of the store sees this but I doubt they will. Why work in a coffee shop or in customer service if you act like this. Get lost. Go to the bottom of the hill to Leonardo’s instead and help a small business.
I Went in tonight with my family to get some drinks before heading home. Only to be met with absolute rudeness from one of the workers there Named Leah not a good look at all for a company to have someone like that working for them. Normally when I go in everyone is very friendly and so nice so I was very surprised when we was met with such rudeness.I really hope that she was just having a bad day and well try to do better
