Walk in. Not acknowledged. Wait patiently for 5 mins. Employee turns around and says use the kiosk or wait. Now, there's 4 employees there but apparently none can wait on the counter? Obviously I'm not the problem if you read ALL the reviews before mine. I suppose the manager doesn't seem to notice that a little training is needed for this store. I walked out. There are plenty of other donut shops to give my money to. I suggest you do the same.
Good donuts and coffee. Good service. Not very busy due to road work 👍
Rude staff. Can't even get a hello or good morning for them rude young kids.
All I got was an iced coffee But the employee spent 5 minutes standing in the corner talking about the government and random BS to what was clearly a friend of his sitting having munchkins I asked for restroom access, he said he’d buzz me in - didn’t work, he got an attitude with me as he’s screaming to pull the second door on the left (was at the correct door, lock was not unlocking). The staff, their attitude, ignorance -> should’ve gone to Wawa.
