Looks like new staff and they don’t want to work. I asked for extra hot macchiato and I ordered it on the app and I think they had prepared. It wasn’t hot enough. I requested them to warm because it wasn’t hot enough. They said no we cannot do that so I said OK. I don’t want to refund me the money, but they didn’t know they can refund the money nor they can make a extra hot coffee for me so I wasted my five dollars plus I messed up my mood because was first coffee of the day
They were out of stock of every donut, and we had to wait 15 minutes for the attendant to come take our order.
If you like Dunkin coffee andwnu this is a very relaxing place. Spacious and staff is uper nice
