I waited 25 minutes for my order (2 drinks). There were a number of us in the building and the manager told the employees (quite loudly) to focus on drive-thru and that people in the building could wait. I ordered ahead to allow time for them to make my drinks, but they still didn’t consider that when prioritizing others. When I received the drinks, the chai was scalding hot and my frozen coffee didn’t have any mocha sauce.
Legend has it you can place a mobile order, take a pilgrimage across the planet, enter cryo sleep and it will still not be finished
Unbelievable slow, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line didn’t even move…
