This Dunkin location staff members already stereotype and racially profile poc soon as you walk in, staff members completely ignored me when i walked in i was standing there for a couple minutes before they even acknowledged me and they weren’t even that busy to ignore me screens had only 1 order when they finally acknowledged me the employee looked at me if she was scared like i was going to jump on her just disgusting behavior in 2025 but did not acknowledge the caucasian customers as such. Always a good cup of coffee from here. Friendly staff and service is typically quick. The only downside to this location is when people try to turn left on Fort Campbell during rush hour in the morning. Please just turn right so people don't have to wait for 30+ minutes for you to make a very unsafe left turn. You know who you are. Shame on you.
