I watched one of the workers wipe the snot off her nose with the palm of her hand and then proceed to fill orders without washing her hands. Snot happens but you don't need to be nasty about it. I threw my order away. I can never return since that image is burned into my memory.

It seems every time I go to this on or the one on Madison, my coffee has this very weird taste or they forget to add the extra Egg I paid an extra dollar for. Has happened like 4 times already. I go to these because they are cheaper than Starbucks and some local shops, but the constant mess ups I have seen has gotten annoying. It’s like no one is paying attention to the instructions that are printed off
