Donuts were not fresh
Employees didn't even know what they had in stock so I had to constantly pick new things after ordering. Seemed to be out of half the menu.
Perfect coffee
This was a great experience! I ordered through the mobile app and hit the wrong pickup time. I called the store and explained what happen and the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she would wait until I came to make my drink. The phone hung up and she called right back to make sure everything was taken care of. I'm very thankful for her and wish I got her name so i could have tipped her!
