The person on the counter is rude and not willing to customize my options, if I'm customized in the Dunkin app and all other Dunkin do take the order with customization, I don't know why this Dunkin doesn't take it and in the new $5 meal option we can choose two different types of wraps as we want, here the person on the counter completely refusing. who ever the management please look in to it.
