This has to be the worst Dunkin in Maine!!! They never have half of the items on the menu and I asked for my wrap toasted and if possible they made it even more raw!!!! I don’t usually write reviews but this is at least the fifth time I’ve had the same experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I will not return to this location
What an awkward experience this morning while I tried to order a drink that I saw posted by Dunkin on Facebook. Clearly whoever is managing the store this morning is having a rough day. A simple “no we can’t make that” would’ve sufficed. Instead I get scolded “absolutely not!!! I could lose my job over that!!” Do better, especially if you’re in customer food service, I wasn’t rude. Was having a rough day. Fortunately, I had some of the best service anyone could ask for from Tiffany. She was prompt, friendly and helpful! Helped brighten my day and remind me why Dunkin is the best.
