I usually love this Dunkin’s because they are so nice, but today is a completely other story. I was met with the opposite of customer service . As the same as every other time I’ve gone through the drive though I had my VERY SMALL DOG sitting on my lap going through the drive through. Once I got to the window I greeted the worker with a smile and reminded her of my mobile order she then replied with “yes can you move your dog”. Did not fill ice coffee, Only 75% filled. And the drive thru lady was rude. Manager was nice and fixed it.
Watery coffee! Unacceptable!
the morning team is all-star, fast, efficient, courteous. best dunks in town! you'll find the regulars here hanging out, which i think is cool. strongly suggest coming early to avoid long lines.
Bagels were hard and tasteless and too expensive.
