It's Dunkin.....enough said
Waited in line for 24 minutes with only four cars at the drive-through. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but it gets worse and worse all the time.
Walked in two people working line for the drive thru out to the road. Two slow disorganized workers. No communication just ignoring people standing inline. No acknowledgement of people. Lousy training lousy staff.
Very slow didnt give much food and was out of alot and it's always like this just a bad spot
Ordered a hot chocolate and a matcha on mobile order, also got some free munchkins with it with points. Showed up in drive thru, took almost 20 minutes just to get to the speaker with only 1 car ahead of us. When we got there, we tried to tell them that we were just picking up a mobile order but they just said hold on a minute. We waited for another 5 minutes and then we had to ask if they were still there.
