The staff there absolutely sucks. They are beyond rude and shouldn't be working with the public. The little girl that took my order, Riley, she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude and stood behind the counter and was talking crap about the customers. They got mad when they messed up my order and had to fix it and I had to ask three times for the donuts we ordered. O
Do not stop here if there is more than one car in line and you’re in a hurry, that’s for sure. Got in line at 12:31 behind probably 4 cars. Left at 1:01 after waiting behind one car at the speaker to order was there for 10 minutes and still hadn’t placed an order. Similar experience last time we tried this location.
The wait is astronomical. I wouldn't recommend unless you have an additional 10-15 minutes to add to your destination. Otherwise staff always seems to be friendly, just wildly understaffed
This has to be the slowest dunkin in maine. Ridiculous wait
The staff were fighting with each other. Very rude! Did not care about any orders
