I stopped going there just because none of their coffees I tried for the past 4 months taste like coffee...they need serious reconsideration of staff.
The staff is rude( 2 lady’s ) and provides very poor customer service. Orders are often given incorrectly, and when customers cannot understand what is being said when orders are called, the staff becomes irritated and responds in a disrespectful manner, even shouting “excuse me” aggressively. Their personal presentation is unprofessional, and the overall service is very poor. Older lady at the front is really rude, definitely the worst experience I’ve had, ordered 2 bagels and they were coldd to the touch, maybe fix up with your employees a bit better
