They don’t have any cold brew, which means the person at night is not making the cold brew stew for up to 36 hours it matter how much talking people do or complaining their owner of this franchise does not care I would suggest everybody to stop using Duncan and look at my social media page of all the videos of all the times in the last seven days they claim they don’t have stuff in stock. Grouchy cashier, poor customer service .Sad she had to behave so poorly
Avoid this place the food is disgusting and the staff is very badly trained
If you pay $5 for a coffee it should taste like coffee, this stuff taste like water. Terrible value.
Refused to serve us because it was 10 minutes before close
