On top of the store, being completely dumpy, dirty and out of date, I did a mobile order 20 minutes in advance, sat in the drive-through for an absurd length of time and then when I got to the window, they hadn’t even made my order so I had to continuing at the window for them to make my order, even though I placed the order 20 minutes in advance. The store is very disorganized and insecure chaos. They should just shut this location down. There’s already too many in this town.
Waiting 45 minutes in a drive thru with only 2 cars in front of you the entire time is absolutely frickin crazy. There is no valid excuse for it. No warning that the woman was alone, no heads up on the wait, no “sorry for the wait” no one was even at the window when we got there. Absolutely reporting this store to corporate, never in my life have I seen such awful customer service.
Went to get a coffee this morning! The young girl was rude at the window. I asked for one munchkin for the dog. She told me they don’t have a button for it which is a lie. She had hickeys all over her neck which is very trashy and not attractive. Should be covered up in that kind of establishment!!! Super disgusted. Will not be back. Place has gone down hill. Time to shut it down!!
