Staff ignores customers inside while loudly bad mouthing every customer in the drive through. Waited from 1115-1130 before walking out.
Slow and bad food
Multiple times 90 munites before closing the lady working doesn't want to clean the expresso machine so they come up with an excuse so now your $12 order is no where near the value nor the expected quality it should have. This is 3 times in a row. Over an hour before closing, this shouldn't be accepted.
I got there at 8:45 pm one night last week and tried to order a refresher for my wife, and they told me they were only serving hot coffee, nothing else!
Honestly deserves 0 stars. My children and I faithfully go to Dunkin’ Donuts multiple times a day and find it absolutely absurd the condition of this Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot. The pot holes, condition of the drive thru road way and maintenance is AWFUL!!! It’s went way down hill & only seeming to get worse. To add the entire parking lot looks like trash.
