This is the second time I've order the Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso, and both times it is absolutely horrible. Not sure I'll be back again. I'd rather make my own coffee at the store then taste something disgusting. Just wish your employees would make what people ask not just toss something together and call it good. Just made cup of coffee at circle k down the street and it was absolutely amazing. Think twice people, I wish I did. Dunks isn't what it use to be.
Not even up for debate. The quality of food and drinks here blow every Dunkin around out of the water. Not even a close call. I will go out of my way to go to this one. Consistent. Every single time.
Not enough workers. Have to wait 10 minutes just to order.
This location is consistently “out” of cold brew and caramel syrup. The folks who work here are the really nice but my order is made wrong nearly every single day. Wish they’d do better.
