My cappuccino just smells like old milk, not like it should. People working just seemed bothered by customers being there. My thank you, for my spoiled milk drink, was met with a cold shoulder and turn around lol. Go somewhere else, there's even another dunkin 10 mins away
I got the beach bucket and the handle broke off, I went in to ask for a new one ans the people were ignoring me. Bad overall service.
only 2 people working at 5pm on a Monday. I went in to buy 2 donuts. placed tbe order on the electronic kiosk and paid for my order. went to the bathroom and my order still was not ready. as I stood at the food pickup area inside I saw multiple cars have there orders fulfilled until final someone asked what I needed and I stated "I already placed my order through your kiosk, and it is only 2 donuts." the person then asked which ones I ordered, but did not look at my order already submitted. so I said Boston cream and a Frenc... read more
