I went on here to do a review and saw they had 3.9 stars, which doesn’t surprise me. First, the service is horrible. You stand there for 10 minutes waiting to get served. I ordered mini bagel bites and they were still frozen on the inside. I have gotten these at multiple locations and they are always warm and gooey inside. The worker, with a snotty attitude, told me “they’re supposed to be that way” knowing good and well they aren’t.
