I visit the drive through as a daily customer, even on weekends. The people are always nice but it seems every other day my order is wrong. It also seems like they try to find ways to give you as little coffee as possible. What I mean is, the coffee either tastes more like water than coffee or they be put so much ice in the iced coffee you can’t get your straw in it, or there is 3 or 4 pieces of ice (after I’m assuming someone complained.) Walked in to find dirty tables. Had to do their job for them and clean one off myself. Was then ignored for 5 minutes when trying to ask for a cup of tap water, and got told they charge for it. After I'd just done THEIR job and cleaned off a table. It's like a slap in the face. Absolutely horrendous. This is why I try to avoid Dunkin Donuts and go to Starbucks instead.
If I say chocolate GLAZED, I do not want a chocolate donut. Drove all the way home to find four chocolate donuts instead of chocolate glazed.
