This place is ridiculous! Employees bickering and incompetent. Breaking food safety regulations all over the place! Not a great start to the day.
I keep telling myself not to go back but it is the only coffee spot near me. My experience gets worse and worse each time. Each time there are different staff members too which makes it more concerning with their level of horrible service. They are super slow. And recently charged me for two iced coffees just to let me know at the window they are out of coffee?? Not to mention when they do have iced coffee it tastes like soapy water.
2-6 employees were observing break simultaneously while 2-3 employees worked very hard. Coffee was great donuts were good.
The cashier was very friendly and let me know that he was working on my order.
