Promote Jay, terminate the rest. I don't know if Jay is new or a veteran but he was clearly the only one willing to work today at 11 AM. While our mobile order wasn't ready when we arrived, he was the only one who seemed interested in solving that. He prepared both of our drinks perfectly, then loaded up our munchkins exactly as we asked. Waited 40 minutes for our kiosk order. To be missing food. Coffee had to be remade for it to be just as disgusting. The guy taking orders is shouting at everyone while they’re talking to him in a normal inside voice.
