Breaks my heart, I used to go here multiple times a week, for years. The food was great, never forgot a single thing, and they were so nice. Even if there was a wait, I didn't mind because they were always so kind. Lately, the service has been unreasonably slow, the new employees rude, and the food is over or under cooked and drinks made wrong. I gave it several chances, and it just got progressively worse.
Slowest service at this location. Drive thru service is slow every time I come here and they never have my mobile order prepared when I arrive for a walk in. The workers seem to be too focused on having side conversations.
This used to be a really nice location, but since they hired a bunch of kids, it's so much slower, their attitudes are very "I don't care" and as an added bonus, half of those employees wear earbuds while they're working. If you're working retail or drive thru, take the earbud out and pay attention to your job.
