Temporarily closed but they need to fix the sign and lights. Open 24 hours a day but from the outside looks closed all the time.
ABSOLUTELY WORST DUNKIN EVER. I’m one to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this place was absolutely horrible. We had trouble understanding each other and when we asked the lady to repeat herself she got really rude and her tone was very hateful. On top of that our food was burnt and our coffee orders wrong. If I could give negative stars I would.
What an incredible team! We came in with a group of 15 students, and the Dunkin crew handled our order flawlessly. Everyone got the correct drink, and they had everything ready incredibly fast. Even better, every team member greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude, it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They are so slow, I mean im sitting in the drive thru line for over ten minutes. And i always order ahead because i want to pick up my order swiftly. The concept of a drive thru is to DRIVE THRU IT. Neither do they apologize for the wait or explain the circumstances causing such a delay. Management genuinely needs to talk to the staff because it’s a consistent problem. The first few times it’s like okay I get it, it’s a rush no problem! but it’s at any time in the day they’re service is just abysmally slow.
