Staff was disrespectful.
This location is down the street from me, but I will NEVER return. I’ve had order issues before. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Recently, I had a plastic string in my drink that came up through my straw. Yet, I returned. Today, I got an iced latte with butter pecan and hazelnut, but it tasted fruity and weird. Asked for Oatmilk at least 3 times, but was given dairy milk. The guy at the drive through talks fast and seems to have a hard time understanding when taking orders. Temporarily closed but they need to fix the sign and lights. Open 24 hours a day but from the outside looks closed all the time.
ABSOLUTELY WORST DUNKIN EVER. I’m one to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this place was absolutely horrible. We had trouble understanding each other and when we asked the lady to repeat herself she got really rude and her tone was very hateful. On top of that our food was burnt and our coffee orders wrong. If I could give negative stars I would.
What an incredible team! We came in with a group of 15 students, and the Dunkin crew handled our order flawlessly. Everyone got the correct drink, and they had everything ready incredibly fast. Even better, every team member greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude, it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Then, to top it all off, they surprised us with a bunch of free donuts for our group! That level of kindness and generosity meant so much to us. We travel through D.C.
