We typically stop here in the mornings on the way to work. The foods been made right but customer service definitely needs works and seeing from other reviews I'm not the only one. We stopped in today to get the new guava refresher and I'm telling my boyfriend what I want and we hear over the speaker I can't hear you and a few other things and was really rude. If this wasn't the only dunkin between my house and work I'd stop elsewhere. It's typical good dunkin food and they always make my coffee perfect, but often missing a small item in most orders of multiple things. The people working in the mornings tend to be really rude and short, even if its a simple order and nothing is given back (I'm never the kind to go back and demand fast food orders be fixed unless it's a bad mixup, which they have never done) they act like you are causing them physical pain by being there. Ty for actually having the chicken and roasted peppers dunkin wrap, hope to see the other ones back on the menu as these are the only food products I eat from Dunkin.
Perfect. Went to the Hornell, NY location, and AS USUAL, and I waited so long to get one coffee. With only one care ahead of me in drive thru and two in the parking lot. At the 10 min mark, I got tired of waiting and drove away. Had to pass thru Bath, so I hit that location for my coffee. Quick, friendly, and busier than the Hornell store. That said, I had my coffee and was gone in under a minute - with friendly service. I don't understand why Hornell location can't figure this out. They're horrible. Always have been.
