Went this morning at 11 am and the lady at the takeout window was extremely rude and miserable. Was going to order coffee and food and when I ordered my coffees each were repeated incorrectly and she also questioned my order like she would be drinking it herself Absolutely will never go back here. Do better ! Went to another dunkn right after and they got my order correct and were extremely pleasant !
To the woman working the drive through, you are rude and should not work in customer service. The way you spoke is NO way to talk to customers
Everytime we go to the Rindge Dunkin’s this is what our bagels look like. We ask for it to be toasted with extra cream cheese. They are barely toasted and definitely not extra cream cheese. The refresher I get usually doesn’t taste that great. I try to avoid this one if I can.
Our drinks had too much ice, the iced coffees were too watery too quickly. Waste of money.
