Waited a long time for my mobile order because they were so consumed with drink orders that my sandwich was sitting there for a while as I continued to wait for the munchkins I ordered. I'm a RA in college and for my hall's first meeting I wanted to get donuts for 50+ people. I ordered 5 dozen from this location and they were super quick to get back to me, however the meeting date got rescheduled day of and I was kind of stressing! The manager was great to communicate different options and said that I didn't have to completely cancel the order but instead let them know when the new date would take place and that they would accommodate. I stopped by Sunday evening for a pumpkin spice latte. There was one associate up front helping a family of about 6-7 with an ice cream order. I literally stood there for ~15 minutes without any acknowledgement; not even a quick “we’ll be right with you” or "sorry for the wait" or even someone being called from the back. While I was waiting, another customer walked in and stood directly in front of me at the register. No “excuse me,” no nothing.
