The manager at the Quechee Dunkin’, Samantha, is the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a local, and I’ve never been treated this poorly at any Dunkin’. She is rude, dishonest, and openly hostile not only to customers but also to her own staff. Staff loudly making fun of customers in the drive thru, bickering with each other and then called me ‘retarded’ for wanting to wait for my husband to order. Didn’t bothering ordering
I asked if the refreshers have caffeine and was told that they don’t. I googled it after I bought it and they actually have a lot of caffeine. The large that I got had 135 mg. I can’t drink this and they wasted my money.
