This has to be the WORST Dunkin' I have ever visited. I made a very simple order on the app (3x donuts), went to the drive-thru speaker to tell the lady I have a mobile order, and she told be they had it ready. Here is where shit got ridiculous! After she confirmed they had my order ready, I had to wait in drive-thru for 20 to 25 minutes. When it was my turn at the window, the lady said, "okay, that will be $10.65." Ignored customer that payed 1 a hour in advance to make other customers in the drive thru while there was no guest in the lobby
I love the medium iced coffee with blueberry and butter pecan. Also my fave blueberry donuts. However I ask for a water after purchasing and the lady said they charged .85 cents that not a good look for customers.
Well it's National donut Day and we went for the promotion they had going on. There were only four people in there that's already including me and my husband. The drive-through had about five cars in it. I walked in, excited to order the drink and get the free donut. We stood at the counter about 5 min. Waiting for someone to help us take the order.
