there was maybe one other customer aside from me and 3-4 workers. it took like 15 minutes to get my 2 drinks (black coffee, iced matcha). they messed up my matcha and did not sweeten it, i wasn't surprised because the cashier did not look like he knew what i was talking about (this is my regular order i get at EVERY dunkin. my black coffee came out lukewarm. very disappointed.
