Terrible service in the evening
Asked for ice coffee and was told by a 12 yr old that they only do mobile orders. Make it make sense.
I asked for a quart of pre-packaged chocolate chip ice cream. I had to say it three times. The employee kept saying mint chocolate chip. When I corrected her the third time she became upset. She gave me the chocolate chip ice cream without a bag and a spoon just handed it to me through the window. Poor customer service
There is a new guy there with a dyed blonde medium hair, he is the sweetest, nice guy, the only one who has been actually really nice and care about clients, if not for him, I’ll give no star, everyone else is rude and mean starting with the manager (night shift) shortly black hair, she feels like she owns the place.
The baskin side is closed for maintenance during the night btw. Save your time going there for a late night ice scream run.
