Horrible spot and mismanaged!! I’m wondering who the franchisee is because they need to put this store in order! I paid more for them to add extra egg on my sandwich but only received one egg and my food was cold. I tried calling them about this but no one picks up, after the first ring it goes to voicemail. This has happened to me coming to this location multiple times!
I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the repeated experiences my family has had at this Dunkin location. Yesterday, my 10-year-old son and my young cousin went in with my mother, as they have many times before. The employee who assisted them had a very rude and unpleasant attitude toward the children. You can expect to wait up to 10 minutes inside and still not have a single employee acknowledge you or say “I’ll be with you in ____ minutes” when there are about 4 of them walking around with only 1 car in the drive-thru and 1 other customer inside. They apparently expect you to use the kiosk inside so that they don’t need to have any form of verbal contact (even though there’s no sign saying you can only order inside from the kiosk).
