Horrible experience. There were two girls working at around 9pm. No one greeted us. We waited at the register for about 10 minutes before we asked if anyone was available to take our order. One girl was at the window, the other is wiping tables. The girl wiping tables said “can you give her a min?” & she called the girl from the window. It's very slow inside out. Most likely, the team doesn't feel like working every time I come here. I say it is last time because it is always something going on . The drink is suck and the atmosphere is very bad ...
went today around 8:30pm asking for a 50 count munchkins worker said she didn’t have enough so I asked how many do you have and she said NONE. Enough is not NONE. Every time I go they never have anything or the system is always down.
Terrible service , when asked for frozen coffees they never want to do them. Or only doing mobile orders Starbucks would never. please train your employees better I have never been to a Dunkin that complains about having to do their job like this one.
