After ordering via the app, I went inside to pick up my order. As I stood in front of the pick up area, I could see the bag with my name on it along with my coffee. So I assumed the employee in that area was waiting on some of my food order to be prepared and brought over. Nope. She finally looked at the receipt, then inside the bag and asked my name. Staff didn't speak English an ignored me while I'm awaiting to b served . I speak Spanish they still were not helping me an ignored me. Second time thier first time great this time not friendly
The workers in the morning always have a great attitude and they are quick to the counter and to complete orders. Personally I think this is the best dunkin in the area
