Poor customer service today 08/25/2026 approximately at 11:20 pm I walked in, and there was a girl on her phone sitting on top of the counter She did not wash her hands before making my beverage the lobby/tables had trash on them. I stopped by to purchase an old menu item that they no longer carry And when I asked her about the beverage, she didn’t know what I was talking about and said they never carried that beverage when I purchased that beverage years ago I would never go to that Dunkin’ Donuts anymore horrible customer ... read more
