Love this place they have the best worker and GM fresh food and coffee
I counted five employees behind the counter when I walked in. Not one greeted me at anytime. I waited for service for three or four minutes which was strange since I was the only customer. The only words spoken to me by the worker were repeating the three donuts I ordered and the total. This was a disappointing experience at the kimball Dunkin.
If you want a bagel with a lot of cream cheese, you cannot get it at this location. I paid extra and then had to come back to the store to get more cream cheese put on it which they remade and put the same exact amount of cream cheese on it and smooshed my bagel together. I do not recommend this location for getting any bagels whatsoever because this is ridiculous. I even spoke to the manager who said that they would get it fixed and I offered to pay even additional more money for more cream cheese on my bagel and they just ... read more
