I come here all the time as it's the Dunkin that is literally around the corner from my home, but their customer service skills are NON EXISTENT. I come into the restaurant, and 5 employees are there and NOBODY says anything to me, as I'm waiting for them to clearly cater to the long drive thru line. I have no problem with waiting, but can someone PLEASE just acknowledge that you have a customer standing there? Is my time and money not valuable because I'm not in a car? Ladies working need to work on customer service skills. They all seemed confused about the orders and made my order incorrect and handed my drink to someone else. Also very slow considering it was an early morning rush
Aparte q la actitud de toda la gente que trabaja ahí es patética !! Las órdenes por la aplicación no las saben leer creo que todos sin excepción deberían acudir a la escuela aprender a leer . Prácticamente te dan las órdenes es como ellos quieren !! En vano la aplicación al menos en esta sucursal !!! Y el dueño que ponga atención a su personal tan ineficiente….
I ordered a Matcha with Oat Alternative Milk and made them clear that I am allergic to cow's milk. That is exactly what they handed me a Matcha with cow's milk. When I told them to please change it to an Oat Matcha. What I got was a full of ice cup with some Oat milk and the matcha powder sitting in the bottom of the cup.
Amazing service! Kirti was simply amazing and so friendly. Will definitely be back at this location.
