Shows open but no service for no reason this is ridiculous.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The man who appeared to be the manager was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment I interacted with him. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, but instead I felt disrespected. After my visit, I looked at other reviews and was surprised to see that several people had similar complaints about the same behavior. I honestly wish I had read the reviews before coming here.
