Something seriously wrong with the early morning guy he needs to go. Always rude, he sees me standing at counter and continues tinkering around, walks up gives me a head nod like I'm bothering him, no hello or anything. It’s early morning and the coffee somehow tastes old and burnt. All employees are seriously miserable even the women. Always a weird vibe. Needs new staff, better quality food and oh ya new staff
The service is awful. They got my drink wrong. Very rude and very annoyed when I order. The signs have the wrong pricing and overcharged me for my drink. 0/10
Unfortunately I bear the burden of this being my local dunkin. The workers are NASTY. They get visibly annoyed when I come into the store and ask for a drink. They wait until I have ordered my drink and PAID for it to tell you they don’t have it in stock. These women quite literally grimace at me when I say good morning. Worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. The drinks are never made the same as the previous and somehow I’ve never gotten a refresher that doesn’t taste like battery acid and expired juice.
