Unfortunately I bear the burden of this being my local dunkin. The workers are NASTY. They get visibly annoyed when I come into the store and ask for a drink. They wait until I have ordered my drink and PAID for it to tell you they don’t have it in stock. These women quite literally grimace at me when I say good morning. Worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. The drinks are never made the same as the previous and somehow I’ve never gotten a refresher that doesn’t taste like battery acid and expired juice. Donuts tasted old, Had to wait a few minutes because there was one person behind the counter, Then another person came out of the back. Will not be coming back
Came in for a coffee this morning around 7:30 AM, I know we all go through stuff every day (life is hard) but for an employee to answer me "what?" when I say "excuse me?" not ok. Please have your staff, especially that woman change her attitude or have her stay home.
