This place always messed up my order, bacon never done missing extra add ons and when you go to get it correct you get poor attitude.. some of the people there are pleasant but alot of the newer ones and least the new morning crew has to go. Unpleasant people , poor attitude and still messing orders up.. also after the remodel i was hopeful it would improve but if anything the quality has gone down.. Granted, it was early morning when it's the busiest. I ordered my food. Patiently waited for my order. Then I realized everyone I came in with were gone, and a new crowd showed up. They brought the wrong coffee to the counter. They had to remake that. 10 min later, after already being there 10 min or so, I asked about my order, and it wasn't even made yet. Finally got my order after 25 mins everything was half cooked & soggy. It was probably because I asked about my order, so it was rushed either way. I'll never come back to... read more
I ordered on the app two doughnuts and a order of hashbrowns. Granted it was busy so I gave them them the benefit of doubt. When people were getting there orders ahead of me that is where I started to question it. My hashbrowns were cold and no doughnuts. The hashbrowns were sitting there and not put up on the tray where you pick up the mobile orders. I never got my doughnuts the service terrible. Will never go to that location again. I will go to the one on archer and Pershing before going to my job now.
