Below is a video of after this manager called 911 on me for requesting a refund. I’ve never had an experience like this. I came into this dunkin donuts never ordered a refresher and the boss is rushing me and talking over me. I left and it was 714 in the morning
I ordered a small black coffee with a glazed donut early in the morning on my way to work. I have to say it was AMAZING. I think they had come fresh off the rack. I really appreciate that I was offered a napkin with my order, even though they were available on the counter. Nice touch.
