Charged me .50$for no ice and .50$ for extra matcha (that's fine), then gave me a drink full of ice. When I asked them to remove the ice, they may have added milk? and now my drink tastes like mostly milk. Not even full? I'm super disappointed and will not be coming back.
Worst customer service. They never let you complete your order and gave you wrong order. Also, they never provide your order receipt. I have never seen such bad service in whole Chicago area. Dunkin franchise please take action. We want good coffee and good service as well.
So, these folks tried dialscriminating against me on June 11th. I was working on graduate coursework for several hours. I spent $20 total for two separate order. Someone walked up to to me to tell me that I have been here for a few hours and some people wanted to use the long table with an outlet nearby. Thing is, I have a portable charger and was not plugged into the online. And someone could have sat across from me to use the outlet. Apparently, customers only get two hours.
