I need to share… I went to this Dunkin Doughnuts after an emergency appt with my precious dog Daisy I was distraught and sad so I stopped by for a sprinkle and a coffee.nobody on staff knew I was having a tough day but the manager said my breakfast was comped. Thankyou Dunkin’ Team. What a beautiful act of kindness in a scary and sad morning!
Coffee was good but why all the chocolate frosting all over the place quite frustrating!
Watch where you put your chocolate sauce! Handed me the donut box, got chocolate all over my pants when I set it in my lap, with two screaming kids in the back seat. Coffee was good though.
I immediately forgot I just purchased coffee and immediately spilled it in my car but it was tasty lol
Monday July 20th I ordered breakfast on the app at about 530 and set it for pickup. I showed up about 5 minutes later and I’m met by a new employee at the door. He said he’d been waiting since 3 am because he didn’t have a key. He informed me that all the mobile orders would be taken care of for not being able to pick up their orders. I’ve yet to see any emails or anything on the app. And when update 7/24. Apparently they gave me 600 points for them not giving me my drink or refunding me.
