Ordered a birthday cake, looked good. The frosting was a bit much, but overall it was good.
love Dunkin’, but this particular location really needs more staff. Every time I come in, it’s the same issue—only two employees trying to run both the front counter and the drive-thru. The wait times are way too long, and it’s clear the workers are overwhelmed and doing their best under pressure. They’re constantly rushing around, trying to keep up, and it’s just not fair to them or the customers. Please hire more people to support the hardworking staff and improve the experience for everyone
There was one person working on a Sunday morning and was trying to work the drive thru and inside at the same time. The inside people were not being helped
Whoever manages this place needs to do a reality check on how many people they put on! 2 people struggling every single morning. I ordered online, on my way there. Took about 10 minutes to get here. My food was ready but waiting on coffee. I got bored of waiting so I ate all my food and still waited for another 15 minutes after that for my coffee. Get a manager in there that knows what they're doing! Those poor workers! Bad bad bad management!
This is one of the worst Dunkin. Every time I come, it continuously is bad. They give you the wrong orders, miss things and the quality is so bad. They don’t fill your drink, paying 6 dollars for a chai latte and this is how you fill it? (I didn’t order less ice either btw). I keep trying to give them chances since they opened and they just can’t get it right.
