I had a great experience with the staff at this location. The are always polite and courteous whenever I go. Now about the Manager, I was in a rush headed to a friend getting surgery in Atlanta that morning and my Dunkn mobile app was acting funny. Not only did she help me but offered a doughnut for my friend after surgery and that meant alot to me. Needless to say she actually needed something sweet afterwards.
I called this morning for a Hail Mary gender reveal for a friend who is out of state. Sheena answered and she was more than happy to help me surprise my best friend with her baby BOY!!! She had the decorated doughnuts completed within the hour and they were perfect! Notified my friend and had them perfectly concealed! Sheena, you saved the day! Thank you!!!
Employees were rude and slow. Took 20 minutes to make my mobile order which was only one drink.
