First forgot to give me a donut when brought up Spanish girl had an attitude about giving me one. Then I asked to remake my coffee because it was French vanilla and not caramel. She then proceeded to rip the cup out of my hand tore off the sticker and proceeded to give me French vanilla again. Very rude.
Brianna was extremely patient, helpful, and professional. My wife stopped by to grab a drink, and Brianna was very polite and provided excellent customer service. We really appreciated the great experience and will definitely be stopping by again for our next Dunkin’ order!
