I stopped by Dunkin’ today and ordered a drink, and it was made perfectly. Jocelyn did an amazing job—everything tasted fresh, the drink was made exactly how I wanted it, and the service was friendly and quick. You can tell she pays attention to the little details. My original review was on their previous page that's been deleted...so I'm putting it back up...so wrong that Dunkin built basically right in front of a small business. Go to Danny's donuts for a way better overall experience and dollars better spent.
My mom and I went in around 1:30pm on June 1st. I ordered word for word what I wanted, “medium raspberry limeade.” The girl made my drink and it was wrong so I told her and pointed at the picture in the screen which was a light green colored drink. She remakes it and it’s now a bright blue and tastes like straight syrup. She walks away and I tell the guy working that my drink is still wrong.
