Paid $12 for two large hot Dunkalattes & one of them was cold and the other was full of foam.
Poor service waited over 15 min and then the coffee they “found” that was mine was incorrect. Waited another 5+ minutes for a refund and in that time they could’ve remade the correct drink. They need more staff or better training.
I come every Sunday morning they have the best customer service i love this location
