Ordering on the app is a must in the mornings. The looks you get walking to the front, grabbing your order & skipping the long wait is priceless.
I have been going to this location for almost a decade, and generally, they’ve been very good. However, lately, I can see that things are starting to slip. On a Sunday, I was in the drive-through waiting for someone to take my order and it took them three minutes. Three minutes isn’t long in general, but for Dunkin that’s very slow. Very disappointed after visiting this location on Wednesday evening. They always clean nitro machine around 4pm. They refused to give money back and they promised nitro coffee brew next day! They did the same they cleaned machine when I ask. No customer service whatsoever lady was so rude to me over $4 dollars coffee glad Starbucks is next door
