I absolutely love this Dunkin’! Crystal, the manager, is my favorite — she always goes above and beyond for her customers. The whole staff is amazing and they always know my order by heart, which makes me feel like family when I walk in. Just the other day, my best friend accidentally said the wrong coffee order, and Crystal instantly caught it. She confirmed with him and then made it the usual way we always get it. Still the best coffee around reget, starbucks or 7 eleven. And the best donors also.
20 minutes wait for one hot cup of coffee!!!
I would avoid this place. The screen at the drive thru is not working. The manager does not have the patience to respond to the customers inconvenience from the failed equipment.
