Very dirty. They are not cleaning the juice jar and its lid properly making milkshake in it.
Bad service order a plain not toasted bagel w/strawberry cream cheese no cream cheese on bagel an it was hard. Glaze donuts look crazy an dry
This is the worst DD I ever been to! The staffing has changed drastically over the years and the customer service has gone downhill. The breakfast sandwich I ordered croissant was burned and the hash browns mushy and undercooked! The fact they see the food and still serve it to paying customers is mindless nonsense. I won’t ever go back to this DD close to home but I’ll drive to Skokie for better service and quality food.
