The coffee is most times consistent and the staff is friendly.
I paid $30 for three iced coffees (one I didn’t order) and three bacon, egg, and cheese croissants that were all burned. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and said only the director could issue refunds, suggesting I keep the food and drinks for two days until the director returned. Both the manager and another employee immediately became defensive when I pointed out the sandwiches were burned. Corporate should review the management at this location there are clear issues.
