If I could give 0 stars I would service was crap normally they repeat your order to you before telling you to pull up , well not today lol he said can you repeat that order for me then I ordered hash browns ( which were burnt, the donuts I ordered seemed to be from the day prior and my everything bagel was over cooked this is the worst service ever I won’t be returning to this dd for sure
This is the fourth time i've come to this location specifically and there's been an issue within the last month. First, my coffee had coffee grounds at the bottom not even a little at least half an inch thick. Then, my bagel was so beyond toasted. It was black mind you, this all happens, and i'm on my way to work so it's not like I can turn around and go back when i'm already on a time restriction.
