Don't recommend this. Location came here the other day because I live in town to grab stuff on the way to the highway. Ordered my regular hot coffee five creams five sugars. I'm pretty sure they supplemented my cream or with milk and didn't tell me before handing me the coffee. I'm lactose intolerant so I cannot have regular milk. Also, I had to argue with them about my donut because they couldn't find my donut order in the Drive-Thru holding up the drive-thru line. Then they give you my donut. It's a stop point for us on our road trip to Richmond. Stopped here at least 8Xs.
Hit or miss when picking up an order from the app. Drinks don't consistently taste the same depending on who makes the drink. Orders placed on the app aren't always ready when you arrive. Had to wait for a bagel with cream cheese after it was ordered more than 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Some of the employees are very rude. Lately, the store has had a bad smell lingering in the store. They have even burnt incense to cover the almost pissy smell. The shaken espresso drink isn't worth the money.
