Great selection and friendly staff
Good morning I would like to share my experience with Dunkin in Emmitsburg ,Md. I look forward to coming to Dunkin each morning for my latte and wrap plus my husband’s order. All the employees from the person who takes my order, to the person who makes my latte, and the person preparing my food are very pleasant . When you order a medium iced coffee with less ice. They messed up and made a small so instead of putting more coffee in they filled the medium cup with all ice and barely any coffee
I wouldn’t know how The food or the atmosphere are because the service is horrendous. I’ve been there three times, waited an extensive time for my order in line, only to get to the window and they don’t have what I ordered. Never going back here again.
