I ORDERED EVERYTHING BAGEL CREAM CHEESE TOASTED , HOT COFFE BLACK AND ICE COFFEE . THEY GIVE IN THE HOT CUP A ICE WATER AND THE BAGEL BURNING AND HARD . THE ICE COFFEE I THINK THE DIDNT CLEAN THE CONTAINER WHERE THEY HAVE THE ICE COFEE TASTE NASTY .
Tyonna had the WORST costumer service EVER once we walked in the store she was sitting down in lobby and gave us the worst look ever once we walked in with my kids she was serving us with a bad attitude and sold us expired caramel on the hot chocolate she was on the phone while serving our family that’s cross contamination while she was touching expired stuff she didn’t chance her gloves and kept touching her phone we had the worst costumer service ever from her she should get FIREDDDD once I asked her for manager she said s... read more
Ordered coffee with sugar and cream. Tasted as if they hadn’t changed filters. Waste of money very disappointed was looking forward to my coffee so sad when I tasted.
We went through drive through and the guy who took our order had us repeat our order multiple times since he couldn’t hear us although we were yelling at the mic and turns out he had his airpods in
Denis had the best costumer service he was really helpful and really friendly we need more people like him in costumer service keep up the great work Denis thank you for your great service
